Mindful Ayurvedic Oil Pulling

Kalava is the Sanskrit word for swishing liquid inside the mouth.

Oil pulling is part of the Ayurvedic Dinacharya or daily routine. It is recommended to swish or hold oil in your mouth for 5-10 minutes as part of your oral health routine. The mouth is the beginning of the digestive tract and if there are bacteria in the mouth, chances are it is moving down into your gut.

Use 2 tsp daily to swish and pull the bacteria from the mouth.

This pulling oil has anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal properties. Strong flavor!
